Lost & Found Policy

In the event of lost personal belongings within the club or bar premises, we proceed in accordance with applicable Czech legislation (Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code).

Collection of Lost Items

Lost items are released under the following conditions:

1. Collection is available on working days only.
2. If a working day does not immediately follow the event, the item may be collected on the next available working day.
3. Collection is possible by prior arrangement only.
4. The person claiming the item must sufficiently identify it (description, contents, specific features).
5. We reserve the right to verify the identity of the person collecting the item.

Storage of Lost Items

All found items are recorded and stored for a reasonable period, depending on their nature and value.

If the owner does not claim the item within this period, it may be handed over to the relevant municipal authority in accordance with legal regulations.

Items of No Apparent Value

Items with no apparent significant value (e.g., old gloves, scarves, umbrellas, etc.):

1. Are stored for a limited period of time.
2. If unclaimed within 15 days, they may be disposed of for hygiene and operational reasons.

We kindly encourage all guests to take care of their personal belongings during their visit.
